The competency of the ECC-Net is residence based. As ECC Denmark we can only intervene for consumers residing in Denmark and having a question on their rights as consumers within the EU, Iceland, Norway or the UK or a cross-border complaint against a trader based in these countries. The aim of ECC-Net is to co-operate efficiently and promptly. Therefore please contact the European Consumer Centre in your country of residence. The colleagues will advise you.

By processing your case, your data is registered in the IT tool JIRA Service Desk by Atlassian operated by the European Commission. 

The European Commission and the European Consumer Centres in our network have access to your data to the extent that is necessary to process your case.  

You have rights related to the data that are registered in your case, including the right of access to and rectification of data. In some countries, the European Consumer Centre is a part of a public authority and your data can be subject to the right of access to documents in these instances.
